Over the past year, I had been hearing such wonderful things about LENS therapy from friends and family. People were recommending I check it out especially because I lost my taste and smell due to COVID and LENS was helping others with that. I am all about being my best self and if there are ways to improve myself and my mental health – I want to take them, so I got on the waitlist to see Cassie. I was living a life where I would often just “check the boxes” rather than being present and enjoying each moment. I had not been doing LENS for long before I noticed a significant difference in myself and my quality of life. I am more in tune with who I am and have a better perspective going into each day. I no longer feel so “robotic” and feel more like myself. I highly recommend LENS with Cassie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
