I started going to see Cassie/starting LENS at a critical point in my life. I recently had just birthed my 2nd child and help him as he died in my arms. I was dealing with deep depression and terrible post partum anxiety. To add to it, I was dealing with multiple life altering health issues due to a new diagnosis of Lupus. LENS has allowed me to gain my peace back. I was able to calm my soul and process my trauma more clearly.
